About this role
Position Summary:
Own the architecture, configuration, integration and technical health of HubSpot environments used across MEI Group, with particular responsibility for reliable HubSpot-Salesforce integration. This is a senior CRM/RevOps engineering role rather than a campaign administrator position. The role is full-time and office-based at the Mammoth Jabalpur office, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm.
Main Duties / Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and administer HubSpot Sales, Marketing and relevant Service/Data Hub environments in line with approved business processes.
- Translate sales and marketing processes into lifecycle stages, properties, objects, pipelines, workflows, permissions and reporting.
- Establish multi-entity portal architecture, naming, documentation, sandbox/testing and controlled-release standards.
- Configure and govern the native HubSpot-Salesforce integration across contacts, companies, deals/opportunities, activities and approved custom objects.
- Own field mappings, sync direction, selective/inclusion rules, source-of-truth decisions, conflict handling, deduplication and reconciliation.
- Implement agreed commercial flows such as qualified leads moving from HubSpot to Salesforce and Closed Won information returning to HubSpot.
- Diagnose and resolve sync errors, duplicate records, conflicting values, workflow failures and data-quality issues rather than merely escalating them.
- Design APIs, webhooks or iPaaS integrations where native capability is insufficient, with appropriate security, monitoring and recovery controls.
- Build lead routing, lifecycle automation, lead scoring, sales-process automation and decision-grade dashboards.
- Deliver role-based training, SOPs and adoption support and monitor portal/integration health, permissions, change control and user compliance.
Required Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in technology, information systems, engineering or business systems is desirable; HubSpot certifications are highly regarded and Salesforce Administrator/Platform credentials are advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of CRM, RevOps or marketing-technology experience with advanced hands-on HubSpot administration.
- Demonstrable HubSpot-Salesforce integration experience including mappings, sync eligibility, selective sync, conflict rules, deduplication and troubleshooting.
- Experience designing CRM architecture for multi-entity, multi-portal or global businesses is highly regarded.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub configuration across objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, permissions, reporting and dashboards.
- Strong Salesforce object, field and data-model fundamentals and native HubSpot-Salesforce integration knowledge.
- Data mapping, cleansing, deduplication, reconciliation, CSV/API migration and data-quality governance.
- REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and Make, Zapier, n8n or comparable iPaaS technologies.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Power BI, NetSuite/ERP and data-warehouse integration exposure is advantageous.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional systems thinking with the ability to distinguish a process problem from a software problem.
- Strong data discipline, documentation and the confidence to challenge weak CRM behaviour or uncontrolled configuration changes.
- Clear professional English with strong stakeholder communication, training and adoption capability.
