CRM Implementation Specialist -US Shift

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Provide project support, including implementation analysis, report preparation, and data analysis.
• Coordinate projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Develop strong communication channels with clients through regular meetings, emails, and phone calls.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in a similar role or industry (IT Services & Consulting).
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their applications in IT services.
• Excellent client handling skills with ability to build strong relationships over time.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel for report preparation and data analysis.
