Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive with 2+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, post-sales activities, customer engagement, collections follow-up, documentation coordination, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities for residential and commercial projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking until possession and handover.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Registration teams to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
• Follow up with customers regarding payments, documentation, agreements, registrations, and possession-related activities.
• Address customer queries, requests, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Track customer communications, service requests, collections, and documentation status.
• Conduct customer engagement activities and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
• Generate MIS reports related to collections, customer interactions, project updates, and pending actions.
• Support registration, possession, and handover processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate documentation requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience in Real Estate CRM, Customer Service, or Post-Sales Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of customer lifecycle management in real estate projects.
• Experience in handling customer escalations and grievance resolution.
• Familiarity with registration, agreement, possession, and handover processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
