Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships throughout the villa and apartment sales journey, from booking to possession.

• Coordinate with customers regarding bookings, agreements, payments, registration and possession.

• Handle customer queries related to villa/apartment specifications, pricing, payment schedules, amenities, and project updates.

• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Construction teams to resolve customer requirements.

• Follow up with customers for booking confirmations, payment collections, documentation, and registration.

• Maintain accurate customer, booking, and payment details in the CRM system.

• Coordinate site visits, property inspections, snagging, possession, and handover activities.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution through coordination with respective departments.

• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding construction progress, possession timelines, and project developments.

• Support the sales team in lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and conversion-related activities.

• Prepare and maintain CRM reports, MIS reports, booking trackers, payment trackers, and customer databases.

• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers to improve customer engagement and sales conversion.

• Maintain proper records of customer communications, commitments, and service requests.
