CRM Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Servicing Executive to manage post-order client relationships and ensure a smooth, satisfying experience from order placement to payment collection. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and their overall experience with the company remains positive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on all client leads after order placement to ensure timely execution and delivery
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction through consistent after-sales service
• Proactively seek honest and constructive feedback from clients to improve service quality
• Service clients throughout the entire order lifecycle from order confirmation to final payment collection
• Address and resolve client queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide clients with accurate information and support regarding company products and services
• Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints, escalating unresolved issues to the concerned department/team
• Understand the root cause of client queries and provide effective, practical solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment follow-up
