Crm Executive

Role Overview:

We are hiring a customer-centric CRM Executive to act as the primary bridge between our business and our clients. You will manage customer inquiries, update records, track deal lifecycles, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log, track, and update customer inquiries and leads in the CRM software/tracker.
• Coordinate with sales/field teams to schedule client visits and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails professionally.
• Collect customer feedback and resolve basic service or documentation bottlenecks.
• Prepare weekly lead conversion and status reports.

Requirements:

• Clear, polite, and persuasive communication skills (fluent in Hindi and local language; conversational English).
• Prior experience with basic CRM tools (or strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets).
• Patience and active listening skills for client relationship management.
