Role & responsibilities

• Receiving and answering customer/broker/insurer/corporates queries and responding
• Liaising with internal and external teams to provide resolution to customer queries and concerns
• Facilitating claims process by receiving and updating the claim documents in system
• Following escalation process to get the queries or concerns resolved
• Preparation and submission of daily, weekly, monthly reports as sought by the Team leader
• Meet parameters laid down in performance scorecard.
• Maintain excellent relations with internal and external stakeholders with the objectives of One FHPL and Customer centricity
• The candidate must be a team player.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduated candidate with relevant experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills.
