Locations: Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Delhi, Jaipur, Ahmadabad, Surat, Mumbai, Pune ,Nashik, Nagpur, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai.

Position: Customer Relationship Manager CRM

Industry: Health Insurance / TPA

Experience: 25 years in Health Insurance / TPA / Insurance servicing or relevant healthcare industry experience.

Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Healthcare/Management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with Insurance Company/DO/Branch officials.
• Coordinate with DOs, Branches and other stakeholders for business development and service delivery.
• Identify business opportunities and support premium/business acquisition.
• Regular branch/DO visits and relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal operations and claims teams to ensure smooth service.
• Achieve assigned business development and relationship management targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship management and business development capability
• Knowledge of Health Insurance/TPA processes
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Willingness to travel locally as required

Compensation: As per experience and industry standards.
