Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer details and update the CRM.
• Check customer documents like KYC, forms, and cost sheets.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth work.
• Handle customer calls, queries, emails, and follow-ups.
• Track pending cases and ensure timely completion.
• Support customers with bookings and documentation.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints.

Key Skills

• Gujarati language proficiency is preferred.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and Excel.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Real Estate or Customer support experience is preferred.
