Crm Executive

We are looking for an experienced and CRM professional with strong exposure to real estate projects. The candidate must have handled premium projects and possess in-depth knowledge of end-to-end CRM operations along with exceptional communication and client management skills.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate CRM.
Mandatory experience in handling Luxury Real Estate projects.
Strong exposure to complete end-to-end CRM processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling HNI clients professionally.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling complete post-sales CRM lifecycle from booking to possession.
Managing customer relationships and ensuring premium customer experience standards.
Handling collections follow-up, agreements, documentation, registrations, possession, and customer escalations.
Coordinating with Sales, Legal, Finance, Projects, and Liaison teams for smooth customer servicing.
Managing and resolving high-level customer concerns effectively and professionally.
Maintaining CRM MIS reports, customer databases, and process trackers.
Ensuring timely communication and seamless execution of all customer-related activities.
Driving customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence for luxury clientele.
