CRM Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients of the broking firm. The candidate will be responsible for client servicing, understanding investment requirements, promoting financial products, generating business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Handle client queries related to trading accounts, investments, products, and services.
• Understand clients' financial requirements and provide suitable product information.
• Generate leads and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products.
• Promote products such as Equity, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, PMS, ETFs, and other investment products.
• Coordinate with the dealing, operations, research, and back-office teams for smooth client servicing.
• Follow up with clients for business generation, documentation, account activation, and service requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Ensure client retention and increase client engagement and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly business and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Basic knowledge of Equity, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, PMS, ETFs, and Insurance will be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/MBA/Finance background preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in stock broking, wealth management, financial services, banking, or investment products.
• Candidates with experience in client servicing, relationship management, or financial product sales will be preferred.
• Should be target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
• Should demonstrate stability and a consistent career track record.
