Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho) to manage customer data and track interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare and deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate product offerings and services.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Assist in the development and execution of customer retention strategies.
- Provide training and support to customers on CRM software usage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM roles, specifically within the solar industry.
