Role & Responsibilities
* Regular follow-up with distributors, dealers, retailers & vendors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
* Take regular orders and repeat orders.
* Share stock updates, new launches, offers and schemes.
* Collect feedback on products, pricing, stock and market demand.
* Follow up on pending orders, dispatches and payments.
* Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams.
* Maintain distributor records and follow-up reports.
* Identify opportunities to increase business from existing distributors.
Requirements
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability.
* Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
* Proactive, organized and target-oriented.
* Experience in CRM, channel sales or distributor management preferred.
