Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 Sales CRM, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Mandatory certifications: PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals), AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals), and PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
• Good understanding of banking applications, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts, DevOps practices, application architecture, and cloud technologies.
• Working knowledge of OLTP/OLAP concepts, network protocols, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, and Oracle databases.
• Ability to understand business requirements and coordinate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and application teams.
• Knowledge of banking/financial services applications and processes will be an added advantage.
