CRM Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, sales pipeline management, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute change initiatives that drive business growth.
• Design and maintain customized desk applications using Zoho Creator for plant operations management.
• Provide expert guidance on Microsoft Dynamics implementation, API integrations, and data analysis.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM management principles, including Zoho CRM platform.
• Proven track record in developing effective change management plans to drive organizational transformation.
