CRM Consultant & Implementation Expert

Role & responsibilities

Lighthouse Info Systems Pvt. Ltd., an ERP-based IT company at IT Park, Nagpur, seeks a

CRM Functional Consultant with experience in the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate should have successfully implemented a CRM Solution in the FMCG or Mfg. domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gap Analysis & Documentation: Prepare SRS, FRD, BRD, and Training Manuals.
• CRM Implementation & Training: Configure, implement, train, and secure client sign-off.
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct periodic project reviews and manage risks proactively.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Guide juniors and coordinate with department heads to meet organisational goals.
• Project Management: Define scope, schedule, and deliverables while ensuring timely execution.
• Immediate Joiners are preferred

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in any CRM Implementation (Lighthouse CRM, Zoho CRM, MS Dynamics CRM, NetSuite CRM, Infor CRM, or any CRM).
• Preferred Qualifications: CA-Inter, ICWA, IPCC, B. Com, B. Sc, BBA, MBA, Engineering or Equivalent.
• Strong understanding of CRM modules & business processes in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills, open to travel.
• SQL & data modelling, MS Excel & Office proficiency are a plus.
