Godrej Properties Ltd is looking out for a candidate who has the following skill set:

• Understanding of the end to end registration process.
• Sending Stamp duty related intimations and reminders to customers
• Sending customer stamp duty payment related details to consultant for challan generation
• Having knowledge of GRAS challan generation so as to guide customers for challan preparation
• Sending registration related confirmation emails to customers
• Preparation and verifying of customer Agreements for Sale
• Going to registration office for customer registrations
• Handing over customer agreement to customer after registration.
• Preparation of work orders and purchase orders Responsibilities To process the registrations for all phases of the project including:
• Processing stamp duty challans for customers
• Sending registration intimations
• Reminders and registration confirmation emails to customers.
• Prepare agreement for Sale for individual customers and get these agreements registered at the registration office.
