Credit Risk Business Analyst

For this particular requirement, our focus is on individuals with deeper business analysis and change delivery experience within Counterparty Credit Risk. Specifically, we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Strong Counterparty Credit Risk domain expertise with a detailed understanding of methodologies, calculations, and risk frameworks.
• Proven Business Analyst experience within large-scale risk or regulatory change programmes.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Ability to bridge business, risk, and technology teams.
• Experience supporting technology transformation and change initiatives within banking environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology functions.
• Track record of driving process, system, and operating model improvements.
