Employment Type: Full-Time We are hiring a Credit Audit Executive to act as an independent quality gatekeeper for all loan applications before approval and disbursement. The role ensures strict adherence to company credit policy, KYC norms, underwriting guidelines, fraud prevention standards, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities: • Audit all loan applications prior to approval/disbursement • Verify KYC documents including Aadhaar, PAN, address, and income proofs • Review credit bureau reports, FOIR calculations, and eligibility checks • Analyze bank statements and assess repayment capacity • Identify fraud indicators, policy deviations, and documentation gaps • Validate tele-calling, field investigation, and verification reports • Escalate high-risk or non-compliant cases to Risk/Compliance teams • Maintain audit observations and support MIS reporting • Contribute to process improvement and portfolio quality enhancement

Key Skills: • Credit underwriting & risk assessment • Fraud detection & investigation mindset • Financial analysis & bank statement review • Strong knowledge of RBI / NBFC compliance • Analytical thinking & attention to detail • Advanced Excel & MIS reporting

Key KPIs: • Audit accuracy and turnaround time (TAT) • Fraud detection rate • Policy deviation identification • Portfolio quality improvement • Sales compliance score
