Responsible for processing and verifying loan applications, checking customer documents, conducting income and credit assessments, coordinating with sales and operations teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting timely loan approvals while delivering a smooth customer experience and high-quality credit evaluation.

• Verify and process customer loan applications and documents.
• Conduct initial credit and income assessments.
• Ensure documentation completeness and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records and support timely loan approvals.

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• 0-3 years of experience in credit processing, banking, or financial services.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and verification processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
