Locations: Tiruchirapalli / Nagercoil / Hosur

Role & responsibilities:

• Handling Overall Branch Operations End to End Responsiblity
• Responsible for timely delivering Branch Operations Results
• Follow-up through phone calls, field visits, and legal reminders as needed
• Maintain regular contact with Branch Employees
• Collecting Reports on time and Validation
• Conduct field visits to customers' business locations or residences.
• Work with other teams to plans line up
• Maintain daily reports of logins and branch related activities.
• Collaborate with credit, sales, and legal departments to address complex default cases.
• Escalate high-risk accounts for legal or repossession actions, if necessary.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of Sales, collections, communications, and repayment commitments.
• Educate borrowers on the impact of non-payment.
• Work on settlement proposals or restructuring of loans in coordination with the credit team.
