The Credit Officer is responsible for evaluating online loan applications, assessing risk, ensuring compliance with
regulatory guidelines, and managing collections to minimize bad debts. The role requires strong communication
& analytical skills, decision-making abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure timely recoveries.

Customer Relationship Management
Technical Skills: Working knowledge in MS Excel, Credit bureau (CIBIL) reports and Bank transactions analysis.
Soft Skills: Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Key Competencies: Quick decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability in dynamic financial environments.
