Job Summary

We are looking for a CA Fresher to join our MEQ / Business Credit team in Delhi. The role involves financial analysis, credit assessment, business evaluation, MIS, and supporting credit decisions for business/SME customers. Strong MS Excel skills and analytical ability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements of business/SME customers.
• Conduct financial and credit analysis to support lending decisions.
• Evaluate profitability, cash flows, leverage and repayment capacity.
• Prepare credit assessment reports and financial analysis for loan proposals.
• Perform ratio, trend and variance analysis.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards and reports using MS Excel.
• Work on financial models and large datasets.
• Coordinate with Business, Credit and Operations teams for financial information and documentation.
• Support portfolio monitoring and credit/risk assessment.

Required Skills

• CA Fresher / Chartered Accountant
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting
• Good understanding of credit and financial analysis
• Hands-on expertise in MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, data analysis, dashboards, etc.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Exposure to NBFC / SME / Business Lending will be an advantage
