Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end digital Personal Loan credit processes.
• Review customer applications, KYC, income, and credit documents.
• Analyze credit bureau, banking & repayment data for loan decisions.
• Monitor digital disbursement, payments, and portfolio performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Risk, and Collections teams.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and RBI guidelines.
• Track TAT, approval rates, rejection rates, and portfolio quality.
