About this role
- Conduct hindsight file reviews for all financially approved cases as per allocated files.
- Ensure completion of file reviews within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Review loan applications including:
- KYC documentation
- Product fitment
- Business and vintage proofs
- Income proofs
- Legal reports and property valuation documents
- Perform Credit Appraisal (CAM) to assess borrower creditworthiness.
- Analyze cash flows to derive customer income and assess CIBIL obligations and derogatory records.
- Determine loan eligibility based on income, obligations, and applicable policy norms.
- Assess Loan-to-Value (LTV) and Debt Service Ratio (DSR) as per policy guidelines.
- Check compliance with Deviation Matrix and internal credit policies.
- Conduct sample-based document verification for pre-disbursement files.
- Evaluate business ownership, Years in Business (YIB), and collateral condition.
- Escalate review observations to the Line Manager for resolution or deviation approvals.
- Ensure timely closure of open observations and follow up on pending queries.
- Review the hindsight template quarterly and recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit processes, and compliance standards.
- Maintain effective communication through clear documentation and professional email communication.
