Credit Controller

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage credit onboarding, appraisal, and credit limits for hospitals, doctors, laboratories, and collection center partners.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, aging reports, and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and implement escalation measures as per company policy.
• Validate billing accuracy, rate cards, and invoice processing in the ERP/LIS system.
• Reconcile customer accounts, receipts, advances, and TDS entries.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and collection-related issues.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Business teams to ensure smooth collection processes.
• Maintain credit policies, SOPs, and prepare monthly MIS reports on collections, DSO, and receivables aging.
• Support month-end account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-8 years in credit control or receivables, with at least 3 years in diagnostics or healthcare
• Experience with LIS/ERP billing, advanced Excel, and GST/TDS in B2B billing
• Firm on policy, practical with Sales, and able to coordinate a team spread across many locations
