Credit Control Officer (Location: Powai) - Off Roll

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage credit control processes to ensure timely payment from customers.
• Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve any issues related to orders and deliveries.
• Analyze financial data using Excel spreadsheets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and inventory levels.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of credit control principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and record-keeping purposes.
