Credit Collections (Field Operations)

Position: Credit Collections Executive

Department: Credit & Collections Department (CCD)
Experience: 2 to 5 years Years
Qualification: Graduation and above

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers for the recovery of overdue payments and outstanding dues.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls and in-person visits to ensure timely collections.
• Understand reasons for payment delays and negotiate suitable repayment commitments.
• Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with delinquent and overdue accounts.
• Update collection status, customer interactions, payment commitments, and field visit reports in the system.
• Identify high-risk and non-responsive accounts and escalate cases to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and collection-related issues.
• Ensure professional customer handling and compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
• Submit daily activity reports and provide updates on collection performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation in any discipline or above.
• 25 years of relevant experience in field collections or credit collections.
• Good verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and have access to a two-wheeler.-Mandate
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Basic computer skills and experience in maintaining collection reports.
