Role & responsibilities

To increase market share on Acquiring & Issuance business through onboarding corporates from the RBB and Lending channel partners to small ,mid & large corporates. Enhance Digital footprints at B2B payments to government payments, Airlines, Travel partners, Distribution channel, & small, mid and large key merchants.

Focus Activities on Portfolio to increase spends on inactive MCC, PHR (Product Holding ration) , cross sell , incremental spends

Job Responsibilities (JR) : 6 8 Areas

Actionable (4-6)

Business Development under RBB Vertical

• Manage & grow assigned portfolio with RBB vertical & EEG channel through PHR , renewal and managing portfolio hygiene .
• Sign up new corporates from RBB & EEG for the assigned prequalified base and NTB corporates onboarding to make commercial payments .Also customized B2B Account Receivable & Account Payable solutions.
• Drive penetration In portfolio , exploring potential for SAAS payments , statutory payments , TPP and other MCC spends .
• Sign new CUG program
• Drive digital presence of payment solutions including Payzapp through Alliances with large corporates/merchants.

Cross functional

• Develop customized AR/AP solutions for SME s & large Corporations in coordination with Product team.
• Co-ordinating with cross functional dept (RBB & EEG) to generate awareness, demand and leads for sales.
• Work closely with RBB & EEG for business generation.
• Work very closely with Product team on Digitalization to tap the potential and build profitable Portfolio.

Cross Sell OBOS

• X sell Super Premium Cards & liability products
• X sell Term & Insurance.
• X sell working capital solutions to NTB Corporates through RBB & EEG.

Digitization

• Implement digital Payment solutions like-UPI,P4B,BQR,Payzapp

Experience Required

• Minimum experience in years 5 yr
• Exposure to Corporate sales in Cards, Travel or Hospitality industry preferred
