Job Title: Telesales Executive Credit Card

Job Summary

Digitide Business Solutions is hiring experienced Telesales Executives for a banking client. The candidate will be responsible for selling credit card products to customers through outbound/inbound calling and achieving assigned sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card sales.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility and offers.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful credit card applications.
• Follow up with customers and assist them throughout the application process.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure quality service.
• Adhere to company and banking process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit Card Sales / BFSI Sales / BPO Sales.
• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable with telesales and target-based work.
• Versant V5 communication assessment required.

Job Details

• Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
• Salary: 32,500 CTC
• In-hand Salary: 27,000 approx.
• Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
• Experience: 1+ Year in Credit Card / BFSI / BPO Sales
