Credit Card Calling Intern

This is a paid internship, and after successfully completing 3 months, you will be moved to an on-roll position with our company.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calling campaigns to engage pre-qualified leads and convert them

into active cardholders.

• Present the Tiger Credit Card value proposition, reward structures, and fee

schedules clearly to prospective users.

• Walk applicants through our digital KYC and identity verification workflow to ensure

complete submissions.

• Follow up systematically with pipeline prospects to resolve pending applications and

clear friction points.

• Maintain real-time call records, notes, and lead stages in our CRM.
• Meet daily call volume benchmarks and hit weekly card conversion quotas.
