Executive / Senior Executive Credit Balance

Job Responsibilities

• Review and resolve patient credit balance accounts.
• Verify patient demographics and account details.
• Process refunds, adjustments, and transfers as per client guidelines.
• Meet productivity, quality, and TAT targets.
• Identify and escalate issues to the Team Manager/Manager.
• Maintain production logs and follow quality checklists.
• Adhere to company policies, HIPAA, QMS, and ISMS guidelines.

Eligibility

• 1–4 years of experience in Medical Billing/Credit Balance.
• Good typing speed (30 WPM) and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of US Healthcare/Medical Billing preferred.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
