Credit Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit proposals for target customers (SME profile) for leasing of electric vehicles for commercial fleet deployment.
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, cash flows, banking transactions and credit bureau reports.
• Assess business and financial risks, operational capabilities, and identify key credit concerns.
• Structure lease transactions in line with credit appetite, suitability of asset deployment and in compliance with internal policy.
• Review collateral/security, promoter profile, existing debt and overall banking exposure.
• Prepare detailed Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) and provide credit recommendations.
• Coordinate with business, legal and operations teams for timely execution of proposals.
• Monitor existing exposures and identify early warning signals and potential stress.

Preferred

• Candidates with strong financial analysis, credit underwriting and SME lending experience will be preferred.
• Understanding of operating lease and/or experience in leasing activity will be an advantage.
