About the role
We're looking for a Creator Partnerships & UGC Manager to take ownership of our influencer, creator and UGC ecosystem.
You'll work closely with our performance marketing team to continuously source, create and test creator-led content for Instagram and paid campaigns.
What you'll do
• Identify and build relationships with relevant Instagram influencers and UGC creators
• Manage creator collaborations, gifting and paid partnerships
• Coordinate UGC shoots, including creator sourcing, briefs, products and deliverables
• Plan and execute regular Instagram/Reels content shoots
• Develop content ideas, hooks, briefs and references
• Manage the flow of creator content for Instagram and paid campaigns
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, creators, formats and content styles
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand what content performs and translate those learnings into new content
• Maintain a strong and growing network of creators
What we're looking for
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, social media or content
• Strong understanding of Instagram and creator culture
• Existing relationships with creators/influencers is a strong advantage
• Experience with fashion, lifestyle or D2C brands preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Creative, proactive and highly execution-oriented
• Comfortable independently managing creators and shoots
This role is not just about managing social media. We're looking for someone who can build relationships, get creators on board, organise shoots and consistently bring fresh content to the brand.
