Role Intent

Translate creative concepts into detailed and photorealistic 3D environments for events, installations, and brand experiences. Work closely with creative, account, and production teams to visualise ideas and bring spatial concepts to life through compelling renders.

Your Growth Milestones

In 3 Months

• Understand MAG s creative language and experiential design style
• Work closely with creative and account teams to translate briefs into visual directions
• Create 3D renders for events, installations, and experiential spaces
• Build a strong understanding of scale, materials, and spatial layouts
• Ensure visual outputs align with production feasibility

In 6 Months

• Lead visualisation for multiple projects simultaneously
• Create highly realistic event environments, installations, and stage concepts
• Strengthen detailing across lighting, textures, materials, and spatial depth
• Support pitch decks and proposal development with strong visual outputs
• Collaborate closely with production teams to align visuals with execution

In 12 Months

• Become a Strong Visualisation Lead
• Drive visualisation for key experiential projects and brand environments
• Improve quality and realism across all 3D outputs
• Support junior designers or visualisers within the team
• Contribute to stronger visual storytelling across pitches and concepts
• Develop deeper understanding of fabrication, materials, and event production

What You ll Do

• Create photorealistic 3D renders for events, installations, and experiential environments
• Translate sketches, references, and CAD drawings into visual environments
• Develop lighting, textures, materials, and spatial detailing
• Support proposal decks and presentations with high quality visuals
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Account teams throughout projects
• Ensure renders align with technical feasibility and real world production

What We re Looking For

• 4+ years experience in 3D visualisation for events, exhibitions, or experiential design
• Proficiency in 3D Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Corel Draw
• Ability to understand and interpret CAD drawings and spatial layouts
• Strong ability to create highly photorealistic event and installation visuals
• Attention to detail in lighting, materials, scale, and textures
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative thinker with strong spatial and design understanding
