Creative Visual Designer (Marketing) - JG

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Visual Designer to own visual content for a fast-moving fashion and lifestyle brand s marketing team. You will take ideas from concept to final delivery across video, photography, motion graphics and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce videos end to end: concept, shoot, edit and final delivery
• Handle camera setup, framing, angles and settings for shoots
• Shoot product, fashion, lifestyle and campaign photography
• Edit videos with sharp cuts, transitions, cinematic pacing and storytelling
• Create motion graphics and animation, including 2D/3D, illustration and kinetic typography
• Design store branding, reels, carousels, ad creatives and campaign visuals, including AI-assisted imagery
• Turn briefs into original concepts and compelling visual stories
• Handle sound design and VFX: audio mixing, sound effects, masking and compositing
• Do post-production: colour grading, photo retouching and final exports
• Create trend-driven reels and campaign videos

Required Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro or Deviance Resolve
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Lightroom
• Blender (good to have)

Who You Are

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in video, photography and design
• A strong portfolio showing both video and photography work
• Up to date with social media and reel trends
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
