About the Role: We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Video Editors to produce engaging video content for performance marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and digital advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, editing, and creating content that drives engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, performance marketing campaigns, UGC content, product promotions, and YouTube content.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, sound design, and visual effects to enhance content quality.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute content strategies.
• Optimize video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Incorporate feedback and performance insights to improve content effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in video editing and post-production.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience editing performance marketing, social media, or D2C brand content.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, ElevenLabs, OpenArt, or similar.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual design, and audience engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
