Role Overview
As Creative Strategist at RZR, you will translate audience insights, performance data, and campaign objectives into actionable content strategies and creative concepts that drive measurable results across mobile advertising platforms.
This role sits within the Creative Growth pod as an individual contributor — owning research, audience analysis, creative hypotheses, and copy development for assigned accounts. You will work closely with the Creative Strategy Manager, Creative Designers, and Analytics to ensure strategic intent flows through from brief to final execution.
This is not a generalist content or social media role. This is a performance-focused, insight-driven strategy role in a mobile advertising environment.
The right person for this role is analytically curious and creatively sharp — someone who can read a performance signal, build a hypothesis around it, write the copy to test it, and document what they learned. You will operate with real ownership across your accounts from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct independent market, competitive, and audience research for assigned accounts
Develop content strategies aligned to campaign goals and client KPIs
Tailor creative concepts to specific audience segments using behavioural and psychographic data
Generate new creative concepts based on performance insights and research findings
Write and develop copy for ad creatives — headlines, CTAs, and messaging frameworks
Synthesise performance signals into actionable hypotheses for creative testing
Identify A/B testing opportunities from campaign data and propose structured test frameworks
Maintain audience profiles, user personas, and competitor insight documents
Support QBR preparation with research, insights, and audience-specific recommendations
Monitor performance reports and flag emerging trends or declining signals
Document all hypotheses, test results, and learnings in the shared knowledge base
Coordinate with Creative Designers on concept visualisation and storyboarding
Interface with Analytics for performance data pulls and reporting inputs
Required Skills and Experience
Must-Have
3–5 years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, or a performance creative role in a digital or mobile advertising environment
Demonstrated ability to develop content strategies and creative concepts grounded in audience data and performance insights
Strong copywriting skills — able to craft compelling ad headlines, CTAs, and messaging frameworks
Familiarity with mobile advertising platforms and performance metrics (CTR, IPM, ROAS, CPI)
Experience synthesising research and data into clear, actionable recommendations
Ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for output quality
Collaborative working style with clear, structured communication
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to creative A/B testing frameworks and hypothesis-led thinking
Familiarity with platform-specific creative best practices (Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, DSPs)
Experience in ad tech, programmatic, or mobile-first marketing environments
Experience contributing to QBR preparation or client-facing strategy documentation
Work Setup
This is a hybrid role requiring regular onsite attendance for collaboration, creative reviews, and team activities. Creative team members may occasionally work onsite more frequently depending on project demands. Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
