Key Responsibilities
Develop performance-focused creative strategies for Meta, Google, and YouTube.
Create compelling hooks and improve hold rate for video creatives. Develop creative concepts, ad scripts, messaging, and creative briefs.
Plan and execute A/B testing for hooks, CTAs, offers, and creative formats.
Analyze creative performance using CTR, CVR, CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
Research competitors and identify winning creative trends.
Work closely with Performance Marketing, Designers, and Video Editors to scale
winning creatives.
Key Skills
4-8 years of experience in Creative Strategy or Performance Marketing.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads and performance creatives.
Analyze creative performance using metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Thumb Stop Rate, CVR, CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
Ability to create data-driven, conversion-focused ad creatives.
Experience in creative testing and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with app installation campaigns is preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools for creative ideation is an added advantage.
