We're a performance marketing agency running paid media, tracking, and creative for clients across India, GCC, and Canada. We need a strategist who lives content, not just studies it. Someone who's built their own audience and knows what makes people stop scrolling.

You'll do:

• Build campaign strategy from data and audience insights
• Translate insights into content direction and creative briefs
• Track trends across platforms and adapt fast
• Work with the creative team to execute campaigns
• Own campaign performance from strategy to output

You need:

• Have personally run and grown your own social media channel or brand
• Deep understanding of content, formats, and what performs
• Strong grasp of current platform trends (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Ability to turn insights into actionable creative direction
• Comfortable working across multiple client accounts

Bonus:

• Agency or performance marketing experience
