IL Studio One by ICICI Lombard is building Indias most exciting mix of insurance, culture, and creator-led storytelling. Were looking for a Creative Scriptwriter who thinks of ideas, scenes, moments and conversations someone who can write tight, watchable scripts across video and audio.

If you love shaping narratives and turning dry information into engaging content, this role is made for you.

We are looking for someone who has truly dissected scrollstopping content, understands why people pause, why they stay, and knows exactly how to keep an audience hooked from the first second to the last. A writer who hacks formats, embraces AI as a creative playground, and constantly pushes what’s possible on digital.

What You’ll Create

• Digital & social films
• Brand and product stories
• Performance videos with strong hooks
• PTCs, explainers, corporate AVs
• Short-format reels, YouTube content
• Audio & Podcast Writing
• Episode outlines & guest-led conversations
• Host monologues, intros & question flows
• Voiceover-driven storytelling on business, finance & culture

What You’ll Actually Do

• Take a brief and turn it into a real idea. Build narratives that simplify complex insurance/finance topics
• Keep scripts rooted in today’s India: culture shifts, money trends, creator behavior, tech signals
• Write visually — scenes, transitions, supers, story flow
• Write sonically — pacing, tone, personality for audio formats
• Jam with marketing, creative, strategy, design and production teams
• Create content that feels modern, sharp and platform-native

Who You Are

• 2-5 years writing for ads, branded content or digital creators
• Strong grip on storytelling, dialogue, pacing and clarity
• Comfortable writing both emotional brand stories and high-performing digital content
• Able to break down financial/insurance concepts without losing human relevance
• Good understanding of how India watches and listens — youth culture, finance creators, trending formats
• Bonus: You’ve written podcasts or host-led content before

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in advertising, production house, branded content, or business storytelling
• Podcast-writing or audio content experience
• Strong cultural and digital trend awareness
• Presenter-led/host-driven format experience
