Creative Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and well-organized Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage client coordination, internal team communication, social media content planning, and creative shoot execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and digital content, along with the ability to coordinate and direct shoots and contribute to content creation when comfortable.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth project execution.

- Plan and coordinate social media content, reels, and video shoots.

- Stay updated with Instagram trends, trending audio, reels formats, and emerging social media practices.

- Suggest creative concepts and content ideas to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.

- Participate in reels and video shoots when comfortable and assist with shooting when required.

- Coordinate with designers, editors, content creators, and other team members to ensure timely delivery.

- Manage content schedules, project timelines, client feedback, approvals, and follow-ups.

- Support social media marketing activities and ensure content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and trends.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Graduation

- Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or creative project coordination is preferred.

- Familiarity with video production and content editing workflows will be an advantage.
