About this role
- Own the end-to-end production of campaign appeal videos, from ideation, scripting, planning, and shoot management to final delivery.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Partnerships, Production, and NGOs to understand campaign objectives, timelines, and translate stories into compelling visual narratives.
- Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and operational coordination across shoots.
- Coordinate closely with editors, filmmakers, videographers, voice-over artists, and production partners to ensure seamless execution and maintain strong working relationships.
- Research industry and platform trends (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) to ideate innovative content formats, diversify campaigns, and improve audience engagement.
- Work with the Marketing team to optimize videos, thumbnails, and graphics based on performance insights to maximize reach and donations.
- Demonstrate strong project management, collaboration, flexibility, and problem-solving skills while consistently meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving campaign priorities.
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in video production and working with editors
- Preferred Languages: English, Hindi
- Any certificate course on editing, scriptwriting, and video production can be an added advantage
- Must have exceptional team management skills.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working closely with different teams.
- Must be able to understand the basics of filmmaking and video content creation
