About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

    THE SCOPE OF THE ROLE

01 — EDITING IS YOUR CORE SUPERPOWER

You should be an exceptional editor.

    You'll own the edit across:

    • Instagram Reels
    • Meta performance ads
    • Founder-led content
    • Creator content
    • Campaign films
    • Product storytelling
    • YouTube Shorts
    • Brand films
    • Behind-the-scenes content
    • Event and community content

You should understand pacing, hooks, rhythm, sound, typography, transitions and visual storytelling instinctively.

More importantly, you should know that a great social edit isn't simply a shorter film.

    You'll be expected to:

    • Find the strongest hook
    • Build multiple versions of the same idea
    • Cut for retention
    • Adapt content for different platforms
    • Create 9:16-first storytelling
    • Build performance variations
    • Turn long-form footage into multiple pieces of content
    • Know when to keep something raw and when to make it polished

If editing is your strongest skill, we want to see it immediately in your portfolio.

    02 — SHOOTING & PRODUCTION

You should be able to pick up a camera and make things happen.

You'll help conceive, plan and execute:

    • Campaign shoots
    • Product shoots
    • Founder shoots
    • Creator shoots
    • UGC shoots
    • Lifestyle shoots
    • Social-first shoots
    • Event and community content

You'll work across the entire production process:

    Idea → Treatment → Shot List → Production → Shoot → Edit → Delivery

    You should understand:

    • Camera fundamentals
    • Lighting
    • Composition
    • Framing
    • Movement
    • Lenses
    • Sound
    • On-set problem solving

You don't need to be a cinematographer.

But you do need to know how to make a good-looking shot.

    03 — MOTION, CGI & VISUAL EFFECTS

We want someone who can make the screen do things.

    You'll create:

    • Motion graphics
    • Kinetic typography
    • Product animations
    • 2D/3D motion
    • CGI sequences
    • Visual effects
    • Transitions
    • Product demonstrations
    • Typography systems
    • Motion identities
    • Experimental visual formats

You should be comfortable moving between Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and/or 3D workflows.

Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini or similar tools is a strong advantage.

The expectation isn't that you simply know software.

The expectation is that you know what to do with it.

    04 — AI VIDEO & GENERATIVE CREATIVE

This is a major part of the role.

We want someone who is actively experimenting with where AI is taking visual storytelling — not someone who has generated three images on Midjourney.

    You'll use AI to:

    • Create video concepts
    • Generate impossible shots
    • Build visual worlds
    • Prototype campaign ideas
    • Create storyboards
    • Generate environments
    • Extend footage
    • Create transitions
    • Develop characters
    • Create motion concepts
    • Generate voiceovers
    • Experiment with sound
    • Create product visualisations
    • Version content
    • Rapidly prototype ideas

    Tools could include:

Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Photoshop Generative Fill and whatever comes next.

The tool doesn't matter as much as the instinct.

We want someone who sees AI as a new creative medium, not just a productivity tool.

    05 — BUILD BRAND'S SOCIAL CONTENT ENGINE

You'll help turn content from one-off production into repeatable IPs.

You'll work on formats such as:

    • Founder stories
    • Everyday conversations
    • Product explainers
    • Creator formats
    • Travel stories
    • Behind the scenes
    • Community stories
    • Culture-led content
    • Product experiments
    • Recurring social franchises
    • Seasonal formats

Your job isn't only to make the first episode.

    It's to ask:

Can we make this 50 times

You'll help develop the visual grammar, production process and templates that make good content faster to produce.

    06 — PERFORMANCE CREATIVE

You should understand that attention is a metric.

You'll create and iterate content for:

    • Meta Ads
    • Retargeting
    • Product launches
    • New hooks
    • New angles
    • Product benefits
    • UGC
    • Founder content
    • Creator content

You'll work closely with marketing to understand:

    What made people stop

    What made them watch

    What made them click

    What made them buy

You'll learn from performance and feed that learning back into creative.

    07 — CREATIVE PRODUCTION

You'll own the execution layer between an idea and the internet.

    That means:

    Concept → Production Plan → Shoot → Edit → Motion/CGI/AI → Versions → Publish

    You'll coordinate with:

    • Founders
    • Designers
    • Marketing
    • Photographers
    • Videographers
    • Creators
    • Stylists
    • Production houses
    • Agencies

    You'll also maintain:

    • Production calendars
    • Shot lists
    • Asset libraries
    • Project files
    • Edit templates
    • Motion templates
    • Content archives
    • Versioning systems

    We move fast.

So being creatively good and operationally organised matters.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    Must-have

    • 2–5 years in editing, motion, video production or creative production
    • Strong portfolio/showreel
    • Exceptional editing instincts
    • Strong understanding of social-first storytelling
    • Ability to shoot content independently
    • Strong motion graphics skills
    • Comfortable with After Effects and Premiere Pro
    • Strong understanding of pacing, composition and visual storytelling
    • Curiosity for CGI, generative video and emerging creative technology
    • Ability to take an idea from concept to final output
    • High ownership and fast execution

The ideal person can do this:

    Shoot it.

    Edit it.

    Animate it.

    CGI it.

    AI it.

    Ship it.

    TOOLS

    Strong working knowledge of:

    • Adobe Premiere Pro
    • After Effects
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • Figma
    • DaVinci Resolve

    Strong advantage:

    • Blender / Cinema 4D / Houdini
    • Runway
    • Kling
    • Veo
    • Midjourney
    • ElevenLabs
    • Generative AI workflows
    • AI video pipelines

You don't need to know every tool. You need to be dangerous with the ones you use.

    BONUS IF YOU

    • Understand fashion, lifestyle and premium consumer brands
    • Follow creators and internet culture obsessively
    • Shoot and edit your own content
    • Understand Meta creative strategy
    • Have worked with D2C brands
    • Have built social IPs
    • Can concept, not just execute
    • Have strong CGI/3D skills
    • Experiment with AI video regularly
    • Have a strong visual point of view
    • Can make something interesting with very little budget

    YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF

You like building things from zero.

You don't wait for perfect briefs.

    You can turn:

    What if we did this

into a rough prototype by the end of the day.

You care about craft but don't get precious about the process.

You understand that the best idea isn't useful if it never gets made.
