About Right Value Advertising

Right Value Advertising is an outdoor advertising and printing company specializing in OOH advertising, hoardings, unipoles, flex printing, branding, and advertising execution.

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Creative & MIS Executive who can handle both creative design work and office documentation/MIS activities.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design

• Create designs for hoardings, unipoles, flex, banners and other advertising materials.
• Work on client artwork and modifications.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and proposals.
• Create site mockups and advertising visualizations.
• Prepare print-ready artwork.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure correct file sizes and specifications.

MIS & Excel

• Maintain daily and monthly Excel reports.
• Prepare campaign-wise and client-wise MIS.
• Maintain sales and execution data.
• Prepare reports for management and clients.
• Keep records organized and updated.

Client Portal & Documentation

• Upload bills, invoices and required documents on client portals.
• Track pending uploads and submissions.
• Maintain client documentation.
• Coordinate with Accounts and Operations for required documents.
• Ensure submissions are accurate and completed within deadlines.

Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounts and Production teams.
• Follow up on pending artwork, reports and documents.
• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize urgent client requirements.
• Maintain proper digital filing and documentation.

Required Skills

Mandatory

• CorelDRAW
• Adobe Illustrator
• MS Excel
• MS PowerPoint
• Good computer knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Good attention to detail

Preferred

• Adobe Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of printing and advertising
• Knowledge of OOH advertising
• Experience with client portals
• Basic understanding of invoices and billing documentation

Qualification

Any Graduate preferred.

Candidates with a diploma/certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Applications or related fields may also apply.

Strong practical skills in CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.

Experience

13 years preferred.

Freshers with an excellent portfolio and strong practical skills may also be considered.

Salary & Growth

20,000–25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Salary will be reviewed after the probation period based on performance and KPI achievement.
