Our creative team sits at the center of that: we build the identities, campaigns, and internal experiences that make a client's transformation feel real to the people living through it, and we increasingly build them alongside AI rather than around it.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a creative generalist who can move across design, writing, strategy, video, and marketing without waiting for a handoff, and who's genuinely comfortable building with AI tools as part of the process, not just aware of them. You'll work directly on client engagements, taking a brand or program from a founder's story to a full visual and messaging system, sometimes with a working prototype in the mix. The work varies week to week; the standard for it doesn't.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop brand identities and campaign concepts for client engagements — naming, visual systems, messaging, and merchandise.
• Build AI-assisted creative tools and prototypes — interactive experiences, campaign generators, decks that do more than sit still.
• Write and design in tandem — pitch narratives, internal communications, marketing content, social content, presentation design.
• Carry multiple client relationships at once, adapting tone and approach to each organization's culture and stakes.
• Represent the work publicly — at industry events, on social platforms, in front of clients and prospective collaborators.
• Build repeatable products and experiences that align with the goals of our organization and our clients.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who's genuinely invested in the kind of work we do and the vision that we have, not just looking for the next role.

A strong point of view in one discipline, paired with a real willingness to work outside it. We're looking for range, not narrow specialization.

A track record of noticing what needs to happen and doing it, rather than waiting to be told, someone who treats a client engagement like their own to steward.

Someone actively building fluency with AI tools in their day-to-day work, and energized by that rather than resistant to it.

Comfort working without a fixed playbook, making calls with incomplete information, and adjusting in motion.

A collaborator who gives and takes direct feedback well, and who invests in relationships, with colleagues and clients, beyond the immediate deliverable.

HOW TO APPLY

The strongest applications don't start with a resume. If you've engaged with our work publicly, built something that shows how you think, or have a portfolio that demonstrates range across design, writing, products, experiences and AI-assisted work, lead with that.

Once you're in the process, we'll send over a short take-home challenge in place of a standard interview round. You'll get an anonymized transcript of a real kind of client conversation — the raw, unpolished material our creative team actually works from — and a few days to read it, think about what's really being asked for beneath the surface, and turn it into a creative response.

You're free to use AI tools as part of your process, and free to tell the story back to us however you think lands best — a short doc, a couple of slides, even a video pitch. We're less interested in a polished deliverable than in how you think, how you work, and whether you can find the real opportunity sitting inside a messy, real conversation.
