About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, AI-native production leader to build and scale an advanced in-house creative production ecosystem for a fast-growing wellness and nutraceutical brand.

The ideal candidate will combine strong filmmaking and creative direction skills with hands-on expertise in generative AI tools for image generation, video production, editing, sound, and content automation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can transform creative ideas into high-quality commercial content while improving production speed, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

AI-First Creative Production

• Build and scale AI-powered workflows across ideation, scripting, storyboarding, image generation, video creation, editing, dubbing, and localization.
• Identify opportunities for AI-generated, traditionally filmed, and hybrid content production.
• Develop repeatable production systems to improve output quality, turnaround time, and efficiency.

Creative Direction & Content Development

• Lead the production of digital advertisements, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, product films, founder-led content, and e-commerce creatives.
• Ensure high standards in storytelling, cinematography, lighting, composition, sound design, and post-production.
• Create realistic product visuals, lifestyle content, educational videos, and performance marketing creatives.

Generative AI Expertise

• Apply advanced image and video generation workflows using tools such as Midjourney, FLUX, ComfyUI, Runway, Kling, Google Veo, and equivalent platforms.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI automation tools for scripting, ideation, and production workflows.
• Build workflows for visual consistency, character continuity, product accuracy, compositing, upscaling, and AI-assisted editing.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a team of AI creators, video editors, motion designers, producers, and production coordinators.
• Establish production calendars, review processes, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Develop training programs and standardized workflows to scale creative output.

Marketing Collaboration & Performance

• Partner with brand, performance marketing, social media, and category teams to develop creative concepts and advertising variations.
• Use campaign performance insights to improve creative direction and production priorities.
• Ensure responsible, accurate, and compliant communication for wellness and nutraceutical products.

Production Operations

• Manage production budgets, software subscriptions, freelancers, and external vendors.
• Improve turnaround time and cost per approved creative asset.
• Establish creative asset libraries, approval workflows, version control, and AI-content governance.

Mandatory Requirements

• 712 years of experience in creative production, filmmaking, digital content, video production, or related fields.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in generative AI image and video creation.
• Strong portfolio of AI-assisted or AI-generated commercial content.
• Excellent understanding of filmmaking, storytelling, creative direction, editing, and post-production.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative or production teams.
• Commercial understanding of digital advertising, social media content, and performance creatives.
• Ability to build scalable workflows and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.

• Image Generation: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI
• Video Generation: Google Veo, Runway, Kling, and comparable AI video tools
• Audio & Voice: ElevenLabs and professional sound-production tools
• AI Assistants: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
• Editing & Post-Production: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop
