Creative Designer - Video & Graphics

Role & responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives, LinkedIn carousels, infographics, banners, and marketing collateral.
• Understand the aesthetics of the brand and try to reflect that into videos and graphics
• Edit podcasts, shot content into shorter video edits
• Create videos from scratch using graphics screenshots stock images and videos
• Create graphics that align with BarrierBreak's brand identity and visual guidelines.
• Translate briefs into clean, modern, and impactful visual communication.
• Design assets for product launches, campaigns, webinars, blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
• Edit and create short-form videos, product feature videos, explainers, and promotional content.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and basic visual effects to videos.
• Collaborate closely with content strategists and marketers to develop creative campaign concepts.
• Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining consistency and quality across all assets.
• Stay updated with design trends and continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, presentations, motion graphics, and marketing assets.
• Excellent aesthetic sense, typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to understand and work within established brand guidelines.
• Experience creating high-quality LinkedIn carousels and digital marketing creatives.
