Creative Designer Head

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the overall creative and visual direction of the company and brand.
• Develop creative concepts for websites, digital campaigns, social media, presentations, events, and marketing communications.
• Build and maintain strong brand guidelines and design systems.
• Manage multiple creative projects while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-12+ years of experience in Creative Design, Brand Design, Visual Communication, or Digital Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership, branding, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent creative thinking, communication, presentation, and team-management skills.
• Ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives.
