Creative Designer Executive

Role & responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual designs for events, exhibitions, MICE projects and corporate activations.

Design event-related collaterals including backdrops, stage graphics, standees, banners, invitations, brochures, flyers and signage.

Create social media posts, digital creatives, campaign artwork and promotional material.

Design presentations, pitch decks, proposals and client-facing documents.

Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Prepare artwork in print-ready formats and coordinate with vendors/printers when required.

Work on branding requirements for event venues, stalls, booths and experiential spaces.

Edit and retouch images, photographs and other visual assets as required.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand creative briefs, timelines and project requirements.

Make design modifications based on client and management feedback.

Ensure accuracy in dimensions, layouts, typography, branding and final artwork before release.

Manage multiple creative requirements simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Maintain organised folders and libraries of design assets, templates and project files.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates preferred from Events, MICE, Experiential Marketing, Advertising or Branding agency will be an advantage.
